The 10-ton full hydraulic forging manipulator is the auxiliary equipment of hydraulic forging press. It is used to cooperate with the main machine to complete the free forging process of forgings of 10T and below, such as upsetting, drawing, punching, ring expanding and cutting. It is suitable for producing various free forging forgings such as long shafts, discs and rings, and has the advantages of high forging accuracy, fast frequency and low operating intensity of workers.
The 10T/30T.M full-hydraulic forging manipulator is driven by full hydraulic pressure, operating together with the press, and can realize linkage operation (manual control, automatic control and linkage control) with the press. Its structural form is designed as an integral wallboard structure, which can complete seven actions:
·Car body walking
·Clamp head rotating
·Clamp body lifting
·Clamp body pitching
·Clamp
·Clamp body translating (sideways)
·Clamp body swinging (sideways).
In addition, to adapt to the working condition of free forging, the forging manipulator also has the functions of jaw clamping and pressure maintaining, up and down-front and back-left and right buffering on the pliers body, automatic leveling and automatic centering of the pliers body, and can realize accurate positioning and free combination operation of each action.
