Introduction

10T/30T.M fully hydraulic forging manipulator from Dayeepress produces supporting equipment for rapid forging hydraulic presses.


It is used to cooperate with the main machine to complete free forging processes such as upsetting, drawing, punching, ring expansion, cutting, etc. for forgings of 10T and below.

It is suitable for the production of various free forgings such as long shafts, discs and ringIt has the advantages of high forging precision, high frequency and low operating intensity.

Functions

10T/30T.M fully hydraulic forging manipulator adopts full hydraulic drive, operates on the same platform as the press, and is manually controlled. Its structural design is an integral wall plate structure, which can complete seven actions:

⑴ The vehicle body moves

⑵ The clamp head rotates

⑶ The clamp body rises and falls in parallel

⑷ The clamp body pitches

⑸ The clamp mouth is clamped

⑹ The clamp body moves horizontally

⑺ The clamp body swings left and right.

In addition, the equipment is suitable for free forging conditions. The forging manipulator also has the functions of jaw clamping and pressure maintenance, jaw body up and down, front and back, left and right buffering, and can realize accurate positioning and free combination operation of each action.

Anti wear hydraulic oil (model:ISO VG46),The cleanliness level is required to reach NAS8-9, and after filtration, it should reach NAS7-8.

Filtering accuracy: The filtering accuracy of the main oil circuit is 10 μ m.
