1.Introduction:

Dayeepress 16T Slot Puncher Automatic Production Line with Robot for Rotor and Stator. This production line is designed to achieve fully automated stamping. According to the product drawing evaluation, the feasibility of achieving fully automated stamping is 100%.

The automation method adopts a single punch press connected production method, where materials are loaded by the laminating machine and then transferred by a single machine to the mechanical arm for transportation. The single punch press automatically stamps and the lifting platform produces products, thus combining into a fully automated stamping line.

2. Unit Composition

It consists of one 16 ton single slot machine, 1 set of molds, 1 robot, 1 automatic film sorting machine, 1 set of material receiving elevator, and 1 set of control system.

4. Application:

Used for punching and slotting of silicon steel sheets, galvanized sheets, cold-rolled/hot-rolled steel plates, and high-strength steel plates.


5. Mold Requirements

1)The feeding mechanism and supporting mechanism of the punching machine are normal, and there are feeding trays and supporting mechanisms

2) Positioning of punching machine

3) Unified height of lower mold: 70-75mm

4) The centering disc is suitable for feeding and picking up materials in automated equipment.

7.  Workflow

Positioning of the material rack on the wafer feeder → robot arm 1 for material retrieval → punching and stamping of the groove → robot arm 2 for handling → robot arm 1 for material discharge → robot arm 2 for material discharge lifting platform (the punching machine completes one punching cycle within one round of action by the injection robot, that is, the punching machine and the robot run asynchronously).

8.  Production cycle time

Robot feeding and unloading time (5S)+stamping time (customer set)+automatic replacement time of fixed rotor stamping mold (3s)=production cycle time.

Production is subject to changes due to factors such as machinery and processes.

Based on the above data, the efficiency of the stamping line depends on the working efficiency of the single slot machine.

The time for individual pick-up and loading is approximately 5 seconds (excluding the first piece).
