1.Introduction

Dayeepress  5T rotor stator lamination stamping machine is a specialized punching machine that uses a die to punch slot holes into the stator and rotor iron core pieces (i.e. motor punching pieces) of the motor one by one.

 It is widely used in the manufacturing of light steel keel, light steel keel thin plate and other metal materials for forming and stamping processing, and is also suitable for punching workpieces with uniformly distributed through holes on their circumference.

3. Product Technical Performance

  • 3.1 The main function of the CNC punching machine is to efficiently and batch punch holes evenly distributed on the circumference.

  • 3.2 Adopt a three cylinder detachment method to prevent deformation of large punched sheets.

  • 3.3 It has unique division accuracy function and good stability.

  • 3.4 Adjustment content: When replacing the product, the number of slots, punch times, and adjustments can be set through the touch screen.

  •          3.5 Adjustment of the first slot position: adjusted through a servo system

4. Advantages and characteristics:

  •          4.1 The spindle adopts servo linkage transmission. When using the dual-mode double punch process, the speed can be quickly changed to punch the stator and rotor slot, further improving the user's production efficiency.

  • 4.2 The main transmission part adopts a servo motor and synchronous wheel structure, which makes the transmission smoother and more accurate, ensuring the accuracy of the upper and lower dead center positions of the slider.

  • 4.3 The gear installation of the dividing part adopts a whole installation method (and the gear transmission part is a separate whole), ensuring the perpendicularity between each gear, so that there will be no single point contact on the tooth surface of the gear when transmitting torque, thereby greatly improving the service life of the gear.

  • 4.4 The indexing box is driven by a servo motor and high-precision ball screw, which can achieve automatic feeding.

 High precision ball linear guide, fast and accurate positioning, can achieve one-time positioning of the punching plate to complete punching and rotor functions.

 The indexing box is locked automatically by a servo motor, ensuring reliable locking.

  • 4.5 The body is cast with HT300 material and undergoes tempering treatment to eliminate internal stress in the material.

 The machine body is processed using CNC gantry milling machines and boring machines to ensure dimensional and positional tolerances at various positions.

 After the machining of the guide rail surface and worktable, scraping and grinding are carried out to further ensure the overall positional tolerance
