1.Introduction

The Partial three-in-one of Dayee mainly consists of an unwinding section, a leveling section, and a feeding section.These parts work together to achieve full automation processing from raw material uncoiling, leveling to feeding.

  Uncoiling section: responsible for feeding and uncoiling aluminum or other metal sheets.Through precise mechanical structures and control systems, ensure that raw materials can smoothly and continuously enter the next process.

  Leveling section: Flatten the metal sheet after unwinding.By precise adjustment of multiple leveling rollers, defects such as bending and waves in the board are eliminated to achieve the desired flatness.

  Feeding section: Accurately deliver the leveled metal sheet to the designated position of the stamping machine.
