1.Introduction:

The FPL-C1 Series C-type Fin Press Line is mainly including:de-coiler,aluminum foil protecive net cover, oil tank, high speed and high precision press(high precision fin dies), material pulling device, vacuum sucking and collecting mterial device, collecting device of wasted materials and electric controlling system etc.

2. Main performance and characteristics:

●FPL-C1 series open air conditioner fin high-speed production line is a special production line for fin production in the refrigeration industry.  It is composed of uncoiler, oil tank, open high-speed precision press,  vacuum sucker and aggregate device; 

●PLC electrical centralized control system, encoder, meet the requirements of high-speed production line preset chip count, chip count, aggregate count, and single, double hop function;

●The main engine is equipped with hydraulic overload protection and electric regulation device for mold height (except FPL-C1-45A);

●Thin oil automatic circulation lubrication system, with oil alarm function.
