1.Introdutcion

3.Main performance and characteristics:

●The body is in a separated structure of beam, column and bases,  so that the rigidity is good; 

●The four-point crankshaft support structure is provided, the  strength is uniform and stable under stress, and the eccentric load  resistance is strong;  

●The design strength of eccentric shaft is far more than that of the  general crankshaft, therefore, the eccentric shaft can bear the big stamping force and is difficult of deformation; 

●The octahedral long guide rail of the sliding block is used for guiding; 

●The hydraulic lock device is arranged on the mold adjustment screw of the sliding block is provided, thus, eliminating the thread intervals are eliminated,  and ensuring the precision of reciprocating motion; 

●The automatic forced circulation lubrication system of thin oil is available, and the oil line alarm function is provided, so as to ensure the smooth  operation of the machine tool; 

●PLC control is available, and the touch panel human computer interface is provided, so that the operation is convenien.
