RMT2 Series Straight side precision double point press

1.Introduction

Dayeepress RMT2 Series two-point straight side press (a.k.a. double point crank press) is designed for demanding, high-speed applications such as motor lamination stamping. 

2.Main performance and characteristics:

●Closed high rigidity machine body design, the use of high quality steel plate welding, after the elimination of internal stress processing, the accuracy of the stability and  reliability of high machine stiffness up to 1/10000; 

●Using high alloy steel, double crankshaft, the ratio of center pitch of machine tool connecting rod to the bottom surface of slider is as high as 0.65-0.7, the overall anti-bias load  capacity of machine tool is stronge; 

●Five-axis eccentric transmission structure, stable operation, low running noise, mutual offset lateral force; 

●Welding gear, high precision machining, low noise, low comprehensive clearance; 

●Sliding block full travel guide structure, the sliding block in the whole operation process are wrapped in the body guide rail, effectively ensure the accuracy of the machine; 

●Adopt the structure of braking motor acceleration and reduction box to adjust the mold, which can deliver large torque and smooth transmission; 

●Crankshaft, gear set, connecting rod and other parts, after hard oxidation and grinding processing, with high comprehensive performance and durability; 

●Equipped with high performance, high torque dry friction clutch; 

●Circulating electric thin oil lubrication system, convenient and accurate oil supply, with oil alarm function, to ensure the smooth operation of the machine;
